What Obama Should Have Said In Paris

EmptyChair

I have great admiration for Tim Sandefur, author of “The Conscience of the Constitution” and “The Right to Earn a Living”.  Tim is an attorney for Pacific Legal Foundation and has a personal blog called “Freespace”.

He posted a column last week that was an imagined speech, the speech Obama should have given in Paris after the terrorist slaughter.  It was very refreshing to imagine a President who spoke with courage and authority and who eloquently defended liberty against evil.  Tim’s grasp of history shines through as he compares the struggle against slavery with our current struggle against Islamic fundamentalism.

President Obama would be in a perfect position to make this moral argument.  He didn’t and he never will, but you will enjoy reading what President Sandefur would have said:

What Obama should’ve said in Paris. If he had gone.

We in the United States have had our experiences with censorship.

At the close of the American Revolution, many hoped that slavery, that embarrassing hypocrisy in a land devoted to freedom, would eventually wither away. As the founders reached retirement age, it seemed to them that slavery was economically unfeasible in the long run, and that all eyes were opening to the Enlightenment principles of equality and freedom.

That optimism proved unfounded, even disingenuous. At the opening of the nineteenth century, several factors, including the invention of the cotton gin, made slavery more economically attractive, and the south’s willingness to defend it became more virulent. By the 1830s, southern intellectuals were promoting a new “positive good school” of slavery: arguing that it was not a scourge, but a benefit to society and even to the slaves themselves. This was not a fringe movement. The Vice President of the United States, John C. Calhoun, was among its most prominent spokesmen.

Meanwhile, opponents of slavery were speaking out. Benjamin Lundy and his protégé,William Lloyd Garrison, began publishing louder and louder denunciations of the peculiar institution. The abolitionist movement proper is typically dated to January, 1831, when in the first issue of The Liberator, Garrison pounded the table:

I am aware that many object to the severity of my language; but is there not cause for severity? I will be as harsh as truth, and as uncompromising as justice. On this subject, I do not wish to think, or speak, or write, with moderation. No! No! Tell a man whose house is on fire to give a moderate alarm; tell him to moderately rescue his wife from the hands of the ravisher; tell the mother to gradually extricate her babe from the fire into which it has fallen;—but urge me not to use moderation in a cause like the present. I am in earnest—I will not equivocate—I will not excuse—I will not retreat a single inch—AND I WILL BE HEARD.   ….   Read the rest here.

Black Lies Matter

Riots

In Ferguson, Missouri, the evidence shows that, on August 8, 2014, “Big Mike” Brown committed several crimes in a very brief amount of time.  He committed a strong-arm robbery, assaulted a police officer, fought for the officer’s gun, refused the officer’s orders to stop, and charged the officer “like a football player with his head down”.  Actions have consequences, and the consequences of Mike’s choices and actions that morning were exactly what anyone of any skin color should expect.

Words also have consequences.  In the Brown case, or similar cases where violent behavior leads to tragedy, lessons could be taught that would be helpful to communities where violence is much too common. Our President is in a perfect position to intervene in a positive and helpful way.  There could be words about personal responsibility, respecting the rights of others, respecting law enforcement.  Anger and violence could be condemned.

Or, ‘leaders’  could lie about every aspect of the Michael Brown case in a way that would inflame racial divisions, create more anger and violence and increase hatred of the police.  They could concentrate on grievances in a way that is entirely destructive  –  an approach that has no chance of improving the lives of black people.   They could create a nationwide movement that would tear this country apart.  This is the path that was taken by large numbers of people in powerful positions.

The narrative chosen by the racial dividers is everywhere, but here are some examples of the lies used by black ‘leaders’ to create the angry mobs.

Marcia Fudge, D-Ohio, Black Caucus Chairwoman said, “This decision [grand jury] seems to underscore an unwritten rule that black lives hold no value; that you may kill black men in this country without consequences or repercussions.”

Missouri State Senator Jamilah Nasheed called the Brown case “an execution style murder”.  She was later arrested with a gun in one of the race mobs she worked to create.

Jesse Jackson, speaking to angry protestors, said, “The civil rights of Michael Brown was violated…    I would hate to think what would happen if you had black police maliciously killing white children in this way…  The forces of evil choose to undercut our dreams. ”

Our chief law enforcement official, Eric Holder, rushed to characterize the case as an unjustified killing by a racist cop.  While the grand jury was examining evidence, Holder was pronouncing a verdict. To nationalize the anger he said that the problems caused by racist cops “are truly national in scope”  and they “threaten the entire nation”.  He said, “Our police officers cannot be seen as an occupying force”.

Speaking at a University in Baltimore, Louis Farrakhan said that if the demands of those who wanted to lynch Office Wilson were not met, “we’ll tear this goddamn country apart!”  The crowd cheered.  Promoting a race-war Farrakhan added, “We going to die anyway.  Let’s die for something.”

NAACP President Cornell Brookes said the Brown case was a case of “police brutality” that is “commonplace in communities of color all across the country”.  He announced nationwide “Journey for Justice” demonstrations against police misconduct.

President Obama supported the race-baiter narrative.  He even brought up Ferguson at the the U.N. General Assembly, saying that this racist incident demonstrates how America has “failed to live up to our ideals”.  He invited the mob organizers to the White House on two occasions to express agreement with their grievances and to urge them to keep demonstrating, to “stay the course”.

You can know everything you need to know about Obama’s strategy on racial issues by knowing that the ever-despicable Al Sharpton is Obamas “go-to guy on race”.  Sharpton is a very frequent visitor to our White House, where he and Obama plan their strategies on racial issues.  Cornell West said Sharpton is, “the bona fide house negro of the Barack Obama plantation”.   Sharpton said of Obama, “He’s calculating… he gets the game”.

Barack Obama, Al SharptonWhat is the game?  It’s different things for different players and it has nothing to do with honestly addressing the real problems of the black underclass.  It’s about power, money and the march toward leftist utopian dreams.

Most of the people on the streets are “useful idiots” who are pawns in the game.  Notice how easily the lies of demagogues can arouse a mob.  The “hands up, don’t shoot” myth was re-enacted by people lying in the streets, by legislators, by educators, by athletes, and by television commentators.  It’s a parade of angry misinformed fools.  Think of them as the Alinsky Army in training.  The deaths that have been part of this training operation are just collateral damage.  There will be more destruction.

Those who are directing the show are simply following these Alinsky’s rules:

“The organizer’s first job is to create the issues or problems,  …’The organizer ‘must first rub raw the resentments of the people of the community; fan the latent hostilities of many of the people to the point of overt expression. He must search out controversy and issues, rather than avoid them, for unless there is controversy people are not concerned enough to act.  . . . An organizer must stir up dissatisfaction and discontent.  …From the moment the organizer enters a community he lives, dreams… only one thing and that is to build the mass power base of what he calls the army. “

Obama taught and practiced Alinsky’s methods of community agitation.  After the premier of the 1998 stage play, “The Love Song of Saul Alinsky”, there was a panel discussion by the most noteworthy Alinsky radicals.  Barack Obama was on that panel.  Obama served on the board of the Woods Foundation with Bill Ayers from 1999 -2002.  They funneled money to the Midwest Academy, an Alinsky training institute.  Obama also had a close association with ACORN, another subversive Alinsky inspired group.

The Bill Ayers association relates to the current racial turmoil.  Instigating a race-war was an explicit part of the Weathermen’s plans to fundamentally transform “AmeriKKKa”.  The plan was for white radicals to trigger a worldwide revolution by instigating racial violence here.   If you think Ayers has changed his destructive plans, you would be wrong.

You can take his word for it.  At an Occupy Wall Street rally in 2012, he said, “I get up every morning thinking, today I’m going to make a difference. Today I’m going to end capitalism. Today I’m going to make a revolution. I go to bed every night disappointed but…I’m back again tomorrow.

In a radio interview in 2012 he said, “I think the people who practice white supremacy and who benefit from it are going to have to be stopped. And I think that’s a huge undertaking and I think it takes a revolution.”

Since Ayers has the same revolutionary goals “every day”, we can assume that he had those goals on the day that he hosted a fundraiser in his living room to launch the political career of Barack Obama.

You may be shocked and saddened by the choreographed violence in the street, but you must realize that there are those who are encouraged and excited by it.  Do not cede the moral high ground to these people.   The fundamental transformation they seek is utopia in theory but very real destruction in practice.  Do not under-estimate the danger that these people pose to your future.

Sick Political Theater

Obama HaloThe events in Ferguson, Missouri are the latest example of sick political theater, carefully orchestrated to shape public policy.  The theatrical productions are pure fiction, but are presented as fact.  They are morality plays with heroes and villains and are intended to create strong emotions directed at a political objective.  All of the elaborate productions are based on central lies.  None would be possible without a complicit media to carry the script.

If you consider some examples you will see that the various plots all have a similar structure.

When Jared Loughner shot Representative Gabrielle Giffords, the “Why Did Sarah Palin Cause Giffords To Be Shot” political theater began almost immediately.  Palin was not related to the shooting in any way, but there was an explosion of stories about her culpability.   There were headlines like, “Giffords Blood Is On Sarah Palin’s Hands”    Democrat politicians joined in.  Wasn’t it just awful how violent those conservatives are?

False accusations and moral posing by liberals are part of each script.

The climax of the play is when the Poseur in Chief assumes the godlike role of lecturing to us about morality.  We watch the arsonist, who helped set the fire and who stoked the fire, speak to us about how disappointed he is that we have a fire.  In the Palin-Giffords case the climax was quite a grand production.

In the case of Professor Gates arrest, the climax was a small production.  The policeman who answered a call to protect Mr. Gates home was unfairly attacked by the President for “acting stupidly” and then the media script expanded to the topic of racist police.   The climax was Presidential pontification at a “beer summit”.

The fictional stories written for the Mike Brown/Darren Wilson and the Trayvon/Zimmerman morality plays followed nearly the same script.   Two wonderful young black men were shot by racist white men for no reason at all. They were “executed”.   They were “gunned down like dogs”.  America is racist.  Cops are racist.

The leftist media present the fictional story with glee, repeating the lies endlessly, sometimes doctoring the evidence and always ignoring the facts.  They appear oblivious to the hatred and division that they are causing.  Or worse, they appear to seek violence as a ratings booster.  In Ferguson, the mob knew the script.  For media and mob it was, “lights, camera, action!”

In both cases, Obama, Holder and many Democrat politicians played important roles in fanning the racial flames.  In private, they call this motivating the voter base.  In the play, they assume the role of moral heroes.  They are attacking white society, attacking police, attacking America and selling a message of anger and victimization to black communities ‘because they care’.

Obama, who is always happy to attack America in an international forum, discussed Ferguson at the U.N.  as a sign of America’s moral failing.  He met with the mob leaders and urged them to “stay the course”.   Missouri’s Governor, along with many other Democrats, acted as lynch mob leaders calling for Officer Wilson’s head prior to an examination of the facts.

Eric Holder sent large numbers of Dept. of Justice agents to both Ferguson, MI and Sanford, FL.   He does not send large numbers of agents to investigate the massive number of black deaths where there is no political motivation for his ‘great concern’.  He mostly sends no agents at all and shows no special interest at all.  Few people realize that Holder sent community activists to Sanford to foment racial tensions in the Trayvon case.  And he repeatedly got the message out in Ferguson that the problem was racism.  When a policeman shoots a charging 290 pound man who had assaulted the officer moments before, what could it be but racism?

Eric Holder knows every detail of the eyewitness testimony and he knows the physical evidence.  He knows, but he doesn’t care.  He has a role to play in this sick, political drama and the facts will not change his role in any way.  He and the ever-present, ever-despicable, race-baiters like Sharpton and Jackson throw Molotov cocktails of racial division into the crowds.  They are mob creators, and Sharpton (an Obama adviser!), truly has blood on his hands from a mob he created in Crown Heights in 1991.

The work of these hatemongers, with the help of a leftist media, directly created the destructive mobs we have seen in Ferguson and other cities.  In this morality play, their role is portrayed as righteous, justified anger.  They are the aggrieved party.  You, if you are white or are a policeman, are the guilty party.

In reality, the Brown/Wilson tragedy does not fit the narrative of a racist cop killing a gentle black man.  The opposite is true.  Let’s examine some of the other narratives that were pushed by the emotional, misinformed mobs.  Three common chants and protest signs were: We Want Justice, Black Lives Matter, and Stop Killing Us.

“We Want Justice”- It is an undeniable fact that the credo, “snitches get stitches” dominates black culture.  Co-operation with the police is explicitly forbidden and those who testify about crimes are very often punished for it.  There are many black murder cases where significant numbers of people witnessed the murder and none of them will talk to the police.  The do not want justice.

“Black Lives Matter”- Where are these demonstrators when thousands of other black lives are snuffed out.  It appears that “Some Black Lives Matter”, the ones that are part of the show. “Stop Killing Us” -  91% of black murder victims are killed by other African-Americans according to FBI statistics.  You should stop killing you.  White people and white policemen are not the problem. Thomas Sowell has some insight on the real problem here and Jason Riley here.

Not all of the plays reach the final act.  In some, the central lies are too great to be sustained.  The debacle in Benghazi was not “caused by a video”.  The extensive targeting of conservative groups by the IRS was not “caused by a couple of agents in Cincinnati”.  The massive recent influx of young illegal aliens was planned in advance to be a “humanitarian crisis” and an inducement to change immigration laws, but it backfired.  The final act of the Fast and Furious gunrunning operation was supposed to be Holder and Obama (the gunrunners) speaking as moral authorities, bemoaning the damage caused by American guns and explaining necessary restrictions on the second amendment.  The “Cruel Republicans Shut Down The Government ”  story did not fool the thinking people, but it did fool the Republican leadership, who have now essentially abandoned the power of the purse.

To a large extent, it is elaborate fictional stories that shape public discourse and public policy.  In the current drama about race, it is very disturbing to see blacks manipulated like angry puppets on a string by their perennial masters.  It is very disturbing to see the degradation that the welfare state has produced.  It is sickening to see the very people who produced this degradation, the people who profit from this dependency, posing as saviors.  What an evil and destructive game this is.

Updates:  The grand jury transcripts show that several witnesses were threatened and pressured not to tell the truth…  because the mob doesn’t want justice, they want lies. There is a chilling story of witness intimidation here.

There also is a column here about “Black Lives Matter”.  An excerpt:

The focus of the [black lives matter] campaign would have much more moral authority and would be taken much more seriously if it focused on those actions that do devalue black lives- which have very little to do with white cops and everything to do with blacks themselves. According to data collected from 1980-2008, in 2008, the homicide offender rate for blacks was almost 25 percent, seven times higher than the offending rate of whites (3.4%). The homicide victimization rate for blacks was about six times higher than the victimization rates for whites. Blacks were also 47.4% of all homicide victims and 52.5% of all homicide offenders. During the same period, blacks accounted for 62% of all drug-related homicides compared to 37% committed by whites. Over 65% of all drug-related homicide offenders were black; whites comprised 33 percent. Blacks were 44.1% of felony murder victims and almost 60% of felony murder offenders. For gun homicide rates, blacks were 51.4% of all victims but 56.9% of offenders. Black offenders committed 93% of all black homicides. The FBI statistics aren’t any better. In 2012, of the 2,648 black victims of homicide, blacks were responsible for 2,412. Of the 14,581 total murder offenders that year, 5531 (38%) were black.

Neal Boortz on “black lives matter”:

Here’s a question … how many blacks have been killed by other blacks since Officer Wilson shot and killed Michael Brown.  One estimate I’ve read says 2,100.  Thousands of young blacks are murdered every year.  The numbers in recent years range from almost 6,000 to 9,000.  The average is around 7,900.  One statistic that is borne out is that 93% of these murders of blacks are committed by other blacks.  This is to the tune of over 20 each and every day.       Michael Brown attacked Officer Wilson on August 9th.  That’s 108 days between the incident and the report on the grand jury’s findings.  Multiply by the average of 20+ a day and you have 2,160 during that period.  If you want a more alarming statistic, try this one.  The number of days elapsed since the killing of Trayvon Martin and the report from the Ferguson grand jury? That would be 1003 days.  That means 20,000 killed and over 18,000 of them killed by other blacks.

During this entire time frame the ONLY time I saw a “black lives matter” sign was in connection with a protest over Michael Brown’s death.  Didn’t the other 20,000 black lives matter as well?  Where were the signs? ….

Perhaps blacks need to recognize that negative attention focused on their communities isn’t necessarily due to feelings of white or genetic superiority. Maybe it has something to do with the prevailing culture of violence in the urban black community … especially the YOUNG urban black community.  A community that revels in mimicking prison garb, complete disregard and disrespect for women, an anti-learning and anti-achievement culture in schools, and visceral hatred for the police is not a community that is going to be well regarded by others.  It has nothing to do with skin color, and everything to do with culture – behavior.

Thomas Sowell explains in “Opinions vs. Facts” who benefits and who suffers from the actions of the racial grievance industry. The last paragraph is about the history of Detroit, but it could also be about the future of America.  Read it here

Bill Whittle exposes the real race war.  There is a staggering amount of racial violence that is well hidden:

20 Delusions That Shape How Liberals Vote

unicorns-for-obama

It is instructive to consider the premises that underlie the liberal view of the world.  These are the ideas that determine their votes in elections; ideas that could shape the future of our country.  Taken together, it is striking how detached from reality the beliefs are.  The list could be much longer, but consider the following 20 beliefs from the imaginary world where liberals live.

  • The “Affordable Care Act” will reduce the cost and increase the quality of health care, because if you want something done efficiently and economically, then you definitely want unionized government bureaucracies to handle it.  History has demonstrated that bureaucrats provide efficient service at lower cost.  If we can eliminate consumer choices and let a government monopoly take care of things, like managing all health care, that is a dream worth fighting for.
  • President Obama is correct that “we don’t have a spending problem” and Nancy Pelosi is correct that government is cut to the bone and “there is no place left to cut”.
  • It is morally acceptable to borrow massive amounts of money from our grandchildren to support our own current consumption.
  • The 22 trillion dollars spent on the War on Poverty was quite successful in reducing the number of people in poverty.
  • As you look at the plight of women around the world, it is clear that the most important problem for feminists to concentrate on is free birth control for American women.
  • The Social Security Program is a trust fund where your money is placed in a government account for you and invested intelligently.  That money belongs to you and you will be guaranteed a good return.  It may be true that Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid are headed for certain bankruptcy without major reforms, but the people who want to talk about reforms to protect the programs from collapse are just mean people.  We should stay on the course we are on.
  • Political “compromise” means move to the left and only to the left.   Those who do not understand this are “obstructionists”.
  • The most serious problem effecting black communities is that racist policemen are shooting young black men for no reason at all.  The facts around the Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin cases show that these two fine young men did nothing to provoke the racists who killed them.  This proves that our racist country has not really improved at all since the 1950’s.  The lynch mobs in the streets, and the lynch mob organizers in these two cases have the moral high ground.  There is just no reason in the Michael Brown case to spend much time seeking the facts when you know the policeman is white.
  • The way to help black people is to teach them that none of their problems are their fault and none of the solutions are their responsibility.  The good men in the racial grievance industry, like Sharpton and Jackson, are creating the kind of anger that will lead to a brighter future.
  • All the problems in black communities are caused by racist Republicans who want to return to segregation and are trying to keep blacks from voting.  It was racist Republicans in the South, who tried to keep black people out of white schools and keep them sitting at the back of the bus.  Fortunately, the Southern Democrats worked hard to stop this Republican racism.
  • The earth has been warming very rapidly in recent decades.  The polar ice caps are disappearing and polar bear populations are dying from lack of ice.  ‘Climate change’ means that it is much warmer, colder, wetter, drier, and stormier than ever before.  And it is going to get much, much warmercolderwetterdrier in the future.  There is good news, though.  Politicians in this country can vote to change the world’s climate to be an ideal climate.
  • Islamic terrorism has nothing to do with Islam.  The fear that Islamic Jihadists represent a supremist, totalitarian ideology, similar to Nazism, only worse, is an irrational fear called “Islamophobia”.
  • The best available evidence from intelligence agencies and from those on the ground during the Benghazi attack was that there was a demonstration about a YouTube video that got out of hand.  Administration officials reported the best information they had to the public with no consideration given to upcoming elections.
  • President Obama immediately authorized the military to do every single thing possible to protect our Benghazi heroes.  As the law requires, he immediately granted Presidential authorization for rescuers to cross the Libyan border, an essential first step in the rescue.  As our men fought bravely for many hours, begging for help, our Commander in Chief was doing everything he could to rescue them.
  • There is “not a smidgen of corruption” in the IRS.  Some people say there was an organized effort to silence the political speech of those extremists who want limited government, but the whole, so called , ‘problem’ was just a couple of agents in Cincinnati who made a harmless mistake.  There was “nothing political about this at all”.
  • The “Fast and Furious” gun-running program was a sensible plan to sell weapons to drug cartels and then track these non-trackable weapons right to the doorstep of the drug kingpins.  Those who question Holder’s and Obama’s story on this (or any other) policy are racists.
  • The rules for stopping the spread of highly contagious diseases should be shaped by politics and multi-cultural sensibilities.
  • With the right politicians in power, people will be given their expanded human rights.   Everyone has a right to a certain standard of living including good housing, food, education and medical care.  Progressive politicians can make these goods and services free for anyone who wants them.  If politicians who really care vote for more free stuff, it will just be there.
  • The concept “earn” must be replaced by the concept “deserve”.  People deserve things, so liberal politicians will reshape reality to create that wonderful utopia where people have everything they want. The leaders in the past who have tried this and have left only blood and poverty in their path were doing it wrong.  We can do it right this time. Forward!
  • If a government program does not work and creates more problems than it solves, you can fix it by spending more money.  If the intentions of the program were good, then it’s a good program regardless of the results.

The mainstream media, popular culture and the education establishment live primarily in this imaginary world.  They believe in it and they teach it.  They also teach a strong sense of moral and intellectual superiority to fellow believers.  They are the good people.  And, despite the detachment from reality of their voting premises, they consider themselves the smart people.

Our country’s future will be determined by this:  Do the voters who live in reality outnumber the voters from the world of liberal delusions.

The Battered Public Syndrome

Alfred E Bama

The battered wife syndrome is a well-known psychological malady in which an abused partner stays with her abuser, thinking things would be worse without him.  They think the separation would be more painful than the beatings and can’t really imagine life without their man.

For some victims, there finally comes a time when they have had enough and they face the reality that this man is not good for them.  He lies to them.  He hurts them.  Eventually, even his sweet talk falls on deaf ears.

Watching the news this week, I have seen clips of our President lying smoothly, comfortably, and repeatedly in his bait-and-switch sales pitch for the comically named Affordable Health Care Act.  “You like your doctor; you can keep your doctor.”  “You like your plan; you can keep your plan, period.” “You will have much better insurance for less money”.  “Your insurance costs will go down by an average of $2,500.“ “This plan will not increase our deficit by one dime.”

All lies.

The public is being battered on health care and that is becoming increasingly obvious.

Bill O’Reilly played clips of the President responding to various administration scandals.  After the Fast and Furious gunrunning scandal, after the Benghazi disaster, after the IRS was used as an instrument of political intimidation, after the Obamacare rollout debacle, the President assured us that he would “get to the bottom of this” and “hold people accountable”.  He comfortably played the role that was required at the time.

Then he endlessly stonewalled, held no high level officials accountable, and eventually said it was time to move past these “phony scandals”.  Scandals that he acted very concerned about had morphed into completely unimportant distractions.

His concern was an act, a lie.  He does not need an investigation to know what he did on the night of September 11, 2012.  He knows what orders he made and what orders he withheld.  He knows what he discussed with Hillary Clinton in their 10 PM conversation.  He knows why she used the video alibi immediately after the call.  Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were still fighting for their lives at the time of the alibi discussion.  And he knows perfectly well that the IRS targeting of conservative was a partisan operation. He knows White House officials were involved in the operation and the cover-up.

There comes a point where abused people just get tired of the obvious lies.  That may even be true of the mainstream media, a group deeply in love with Obama.  They easily forgive him for any abuse of conservatives.  In fact, they help him with that abuse.  But some were unhappy when it was discovered that reporter’s phone lines were being bugged by the administration.  And more recently, a NY Times reported admitted that this administration is “the most closed, control-freak administration I have ever covered.”  The abuser promised that it would be “the most open and transparent administration” ever. Some in the media are reporting honestly about the Obamacare rollout debacle.

Another group that has been fully in love with Obama is the black community.  But blacks have been disproportionately harmed by Obama’s policies.  PBS host and Obama supporter, Tavis Smiley, recently admitted the truth, saying , “The data is going to indicate, sadly, that when the Obama administration is over, black people will have lost ground in every single leading economic indicator category. At some point, this group may realize that this man is not good for them.  At some point, reality may overpower the imagined significance of half-blackness.

King disappointed

I am seeing signs that a battered public is tired of the lies and tired of the economic destruction.  It is becoming clear that their man is a con-man, unworthy of their trust.  This is a very tough transition for people who thought they were in love and had high hopes for the relationship.   If a significant number of those who thought they loved him become immune to the lies, then there is hope for the future.

He Had A Dream

Martin-Luther-King-Jr_3

“It’s not burn baby burn, but learn, baby, learn, so that you can earn, baby, earn.” – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., 1967

Today is the 50th anniversary of the great “I Have a Dream” speech by Martin Luther King Jr..  This should be a day of uplifting speeches about self-empowerment and personal achievement.  We should hear speakers expand on King’s dream of a colorblind society where people are judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin.  We should hear speeches about the character traits that lead to success and we should hear warnings about the character defects that lead to failure.  We should be reminded to be grateful that we live in a land of opportunity, where people who work hard can achieve their dreams.

We should hear all that in todays speeches, but we won’t.  We will hear a series of false narratives which are actually designed to foster racial divisions and keep blacks on the Democrat Plantation.  King’s legacy has been hijacked by race hustlers who profit from racial divisions.

We will hear that Republican racism is what is keeping black people down.  Despite the fact that the KKK was closely associated with the Democrat Party and the fact that it was southern Democrats who fought for segregation to the bitter end, Republicans will be portrayed as racists who, in Joe Biden’s words, “want to keep y’all in chains”.  The nation’s only black Senator, a Republican,  was not invited to speak, nor were other prominent black conservatives.  The goal today will be to reinforce the walls around the Democrat Plantation.

We will hear that wealth inequality is the result of racism.  It has nothing to do with differing degrees of productive achievement, just racism.  We will be a racist country until everyone has equal amounts of everything.  We will hear that the failed ’War on Poverty’ must be renewed, and the entire emphasis will be on taking from the “haves”.  Those advocating increased confiscation of wealth will pretend they have the moral high ground.

We will hear that our racist culture puts large numbers of young black men in prison just because they are black.  It can’t be because they commit more crimes.  It must be the racist Republican’s fault. Or maybe it’s the cops fault.  It’s just not the criminal’s fault.  Ice Cube explains this narrative in his song, “Why We Thugs” .  He sings: “They give us guns and drugs, then wonder why in the f*ck we thugs”.  It’s always “they”.

We will hear that black failure in schools is the result of not enough money being spent.  Staggering amounts of money have been spent on black education.  It has been shown in places like Washington, DC. that spending more does not increase achievement.  Good charter schools do increase achievement, but our government does the bidding of the teachers unions, so charter schools are fought at every level.  Obama closed an excellent charter school in Washington, D.C..

The false narrative of the Zimmerman/Martin case will play a prominent role in today’s speeches.  The narrative, which bears almost no relationship to the known facts of the case, was designed to create racial animosity.  It continues to serve that ugly purpose.

One person who will speak today is a master at creating a problem and then posing as the problem solver.  It is a technic that seems to work well for him.  When the Cambridge police were called about a possible burglary at the home of black Professor Luis Gates, Gates objected to the officers insistence on seeing his identification and he was charged with disorderly conduct.  President Obama, who admitted he didn’t know all the facts, decided to inject himself into the case anyway.  He said the cops “acted stupidly” and implied that racism caused the problem.  This resulted in the “Beer Summit” where Obama posed as the great healer.

When Gabrielle Giffords was shot in 2011, another entirely inappropriate accusation was made.  Sarah Palin and talk radio were immediately blamed for the assault by the entire Democrat machine.  The story was everywhere that Gabrielle was shot because a climate of hate was created when Palin listed several Democrat districts that should be ‘targeted’ in the upcoming election.  Yes, it was just that absurd.  But this Democrat created nonsense gave the Pompous Pontificator in Chief a chance to speak to the nation as the moral healer who could absolve Palin and other hateful conservatives while pretending to be above petty partisanship.  The whole narrative was a creation of petty partisanship.  All of it, including the morally superior pose of his speech.

Obama and Eric Holder are both deeply involved in the ongoing effort to create racial animosity with the Zimmerman/Martin case.  Both behind the scenes and right out in the open, they are mining this case for all the racial division they can get out of it.  It’s called ‘securing the base’.  My guess is that Obama will use his speech today to pose as a racial healer.

He builds a fire.  He heroically arrives to put it out.

Walter Williams wrote a good column recently pondering the question of how great civil rights leaders like King would feel if they saw black culture today.  Would they be proud?  This seems like the right day to reproduce a good share of the column:

Most of the parents and civil rights leaders whose sacrifices and courage made today’s educational opportunities possible are no longer with us. My question is: If they could know what many of today’s black youngsters have done with the fruits of their sacrifice, would they be proud? Most schools identified as “persistently dangerous” are predominantly black schools. To have a modicum of safety, many schools are equipped with walk-through metal detectors, security cameras and conveyor belt X-ray machines that scan book bags and purses. Nationally, the black four-year high-school graduation rate is 52 percent. In some cities, such as Detroit and Philadelphia, it’s considerably lower — 20 percent and 24 percent, respectively. In Rochester, N.Y., it’s 9 percent.

What black politicians, parents, teachers and students have created is nothing less than a gross betrayal and squandering of the struggle paid in blood, sweat and tears by previous generations to make possible the educational opportunities that were denied to blacks for so long.       [snip]

Would those black Americans who fought tooth and nail against Jim Crow, segregation, lynching and racism be proud of the findings of a recent Rasmussen poll in which 31 percent of blacks think that most blacks are racists and 24 percent of blacks think that most whites are racists? Among whites, in the same Rasmussen poll, 38 percent consider most blacks racist, and 10 percent consider most whites racist.

Black people don’t need to have a conversation with white people on matters of race. One first step would be to develop a zero tolerance for criminal and disruptive school behavior, as well as a zero tolerance for criminal behavior in neighborhoods. If city authorities cannot or will not provide protection, then law-abiding black people should find a way to provide that protection themselves.

Amen.

The Face Of Evil

faces of evil
Faces of Evil – that was the headline of the Australian Herald Sun when reporting the depraved murder of  Aussie Christopher Lane.  It is instructive to carry that theme further with a few more faces.

James Edwards and his buddies murdered Chris Lane “for the fun of it”.  James Edwards shot him in the back.  It was reported that Edwards danced and laughed in the police station after his arrest.  Ending a strangers life was funny to him.

He boasted on twitter that he had “knocked out 5 woods [whites] since Zimmerman court”.  He advised others to “HATE” white people, and a few days before the murder he said he wanted to be “with my niggas when it’s time to start taken lifes”.

On August 12, a recent graduate from nursing school, David Santucci, was walking home from a birthday party.  According to witnesses, Dondre Johnson, Mario Patterson and Jerrica Norfleet drove up to him, shot him to death and drove away.  They were captured shortly after the murder. Some news outlets reported this as a robbery rather than a racist hate crime, but witnesses said nothing was taken from the victim; nothing but his life.
Memphis burners
In another recent Memphis story, police say that the two people pictured above doused a man with gasoline in a vacant field and set him on fire.  He was severely burned over most of his body.  A neighbor heard the screams and saw the victim’s skin falling off.  He said the devil himself would not deserve such treatment.

Several years ago in Knoxville, Tennessee, Christopher Newsom and Channon Christian were carjacked by the degenerate savages pictured above.  Newsom was gagged, bound, brutally raped, beaten, shot and set on fire.  Then they went to work on Channon.  She was taken into the back room of a home where she was beaten and brutally raped in every way imaginable for hours.  Bleach was poured down her throat.  Then she was placed in a garbage bag to suffocate to death.

News of this horrendous, racist hate crime was mostly covered up.  Much of the media are happy to lie in cases like Martin/Zimmerman or Duke Lacrosse, but they are not willing to tell the truth in cases like this. The typical cover-up approach was demonstrated by the Norfolk newspaper, The Virginian-Pilot,  last year when two of their reporters were beaten by a black mob of about 30 people.  They did not report the story at all until they were shamed into it two weeks after the assault.  ‘News’ organizations are political organizations that filter stories to suit their political agenda.

“Shorty” Belton died yesterday.  He was 88.  He fought for our country in Okinawa and was wounded there.  Yesterday, Shorty was brutally beaten by two ‘unarmed children’.

I sure hope Shorty didn’t try to defend himself, because, as we all now know, it is just wrong to defend yourself when black teenagers decide to pound on you.

The alleged savages are Demetrius Glenn, 16, who is now in custody (above left), and Keenan Adams-Kinard  right).  In a similar case, Pat Mahaney was beaten by ‘unarmed’ 13 and 14 year olds.  Pat died last week.

On March 17, 2012, police found 32 year old Terry Moore lying in his own blood outside an Appleby’s Restaurant in North Carolina.  Moore said the group of predators pictured above approached him calling him a “tree honkey” and a “cracker”.  They knocked him to the ground and amused themselves punching and kicking him.

It would not be difficult at all to post pictures and tell stories of degenerate predators like this ad nauseam.  There is an explosion of black mob violence.  If you doubt that, read “White Girl Bleed A Lot” by Colin Flaherty.  Across the country, degenerate people are violently attacking strangers in ”the knockout game“ …  just for ‘fun’.  Flash mobs swarm stores to plunder and pillage.  They are eliminating the government middle-man and taking what they want directly.

Even though we don’t speak much about this violence, and even though the press works to cover it up, we all understand that we have a huge problem with a violent, racist, uncivilized underclass.  We are taught, incorrectly, that it is not appropriate to talk honestly about it.  But ignoring or denying the problem is the most foolish approach of all.  We must acknowledge it and we must talk about it.

Consider these statistics:

  • Blacks are seven times more likely than people of other races to commit murder, and eight times more likely to commit robbery.
  • The best indicator of violent crime levels in an area is the percent of the population that is black and Hispanic.
  • Blacks are 39 times more likely to commit a violent crime against whites then vice versa, and 136 times more likely to commit a robbery.
  • The death toll from murder in Chicago over the last decade exceeds the death toll of our soldiers in Afghanistan since the beginning of that war.  [Handgun purchases are not allowed in Chicago.]
  • Nearly 3/4 of black children are born out of wedlock.  Generations of children are being raise without fathers.
  • Academic achievement for black students is appallingly low, despite a large amount of money being spent to provide that group with educational opportunities.

Now consider the fact that decent black people are the people who are most harmed by this violent subculture.  They are the closest to the problem and suffer the most from it. But we all suffer from this growing cancer and ignoring the problem is simply one way to commit national suicide.

This problem is not about skin color.  The real problem is bad values.  There is nothing about having melanin in your skin that will protect you from the natural consequences of destructive values.  Violent, hostile, uneducated, misogynistic men who do not care for their children will not be successful… anywhere, ever.  And no civilization can survive the degradation of it’s women.  Thug culture celebrates the degradation of women.

Think about the Vietnamese refugees or other Asian refugees who came to this country from lives of severe deprivation.  They had nothing…. nothing except good values.  With hard work, education, family values, self-discipline and perseverance, most achieved the American Dream in a short amount of time.  In one generation, they were often small business owners and valedictorians.  Fortunately for them, they had no  ’leaders’ teaching them victimhood and hopelessness.  No one told them it was someone else’s job to make their lives successful.

If we discuss this problem openly we will be called racists.  People will say we are finally “showing our true colors“.  We will be called liars.  Thug culture will be defended.  They will say we are afraid of black masculinity, as though violent bravado is praiseworthy.  There will be a large leftist effort to stop people from saying what needs to be said.

We should ignore the criticism and steadfastly pursue Martin Luther King’s dream of living in a nation where people “will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character”.   This dream strikes fear in the hearts of current civil rights ‘leaders’ who abhor the idea of character judgments.  They live in the past.  For them, it is all about skin color.

In my view, no one has done more to impede the progress of black people than black ‘leaders” and other leftists in the racial grievance industry.  They sell exactly the wrong message of victimhood, telling blacks on the dependency plantation that none of their problems are their fault and nothing is their responsibility.  Could you find a better formula for creating an angry, dependent population than to tell them that all of their problems are caused by others and all of their needs are someone else’s job to fill.  From Sharpton to Obama, the message is socially destructive, though it does maintain the desired voting block.

Accepting lower standards of behavior for black people is a form of racism.  Only a racist would say that black people are not capable of joining civilized society on an equal footing.  Do blacks need lower standards because they are inferior people?  This is the soft bigotry of low expectations.  Violent, ignorant, parasitic thug culture is not a built- in defect.  It comes from bad values which are created and supported by bad social policy.  The violent subculture persists because of an absurd level of tolerance on our part.

Discrediting the Race Hustlers

“We have a long history in this country of some people exploiting differences between us for their own advantage.   It’s a cynical appeal to the worst instincts in our great country.”                                                                     Al Sharpton   7-26-13

This should be the cover quote for Al’s own biography.  It fits him perfectly.

In “Trayvon And The Big Lie” I made the case that race hustlers like Sharpton have done immense damage to the country, especially to the black community.  They sell racial animosity and victimhood.  That is not a prescription for success.  It is time to cast these race-baiters aside.

It has been encouraging to see that many people have come to the same conclusion.  Important racial issues are finally being discussed honestly, not everywhere, to be sure, but it’s a start. Here is a sample of current commentary on the hustlers.

Michelle Malkin pulls no punches with “a strong, but worthy condemnation of a despicable man who lines his pockets by the misery of a community that he has misled and propagandized for years”-

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ur3MO89l8fY

I have an immense amount of respect for Walter Williams, and if you follow just one link from this post, let it be Walter’s column on Black Self-Sabotage.  It starts out like this –  ”If we put ourselves into the shoes of racists who seek to sabotage black upward mobility, we couldn’t develop a more effective agenda than that followed by civil rights organizations, black politicians, academics, liberals and the news media. Let’s look at it…. ”

Black writer Sonnie Johnson writes the following in, “Redefining Race in America” -  ”Until we recognize, understand, and destroy the progressive ideology, racism will always exist in America. As long as progressives with political power maintain their dependency groups and the cages of the inner city they have built to contain them, the failures of social engineering will continue to be blamed on the “white man’s capitalism” through the prism of race.”

From Gary DeMar’s essay on how black leaders exploit their people for political and financial gain -    “Jesse Jackson has made millions by “shakedown” tactics to extract money from corporations. Willie Ellis expressed his frustration with Jackson: “Open your
eyes: Jesse Jackson is for Jesse Jackson and Jesse Jackson only. He stole from
the people long enough. It’s time the people know the true man Jesse Jackson is.
He has rode on black peoples’ coattails long enough.” Harold Davis said Jackson
“is a shakedown artist, and nobody holds him accountable.”

Bill O’Reilly led his show with an honest discussion about race and the failure of black ‘leaders’ to address the real problems.  Of Sharpton and company he said, “They have failed. FAILED. to deal with problems in the black community and they make a lot of money promoting racial division… Talking Points believes the day of the race hustler has come to an end. This we and them business gets the country nowhere. There are severe problems in the black community that have to be solved… You bet, Al. Your day is done.”

Andrew McCarthy -  “The second thing to bear in mind is that race-baiting is the last resort of scoundrels whose insipid policy claims cannot survive collision with real-world conditions. The incitements that transform policy debates into an us-versus-them rumble are not about race per se. They are about advancing a hard-left agenda through the community organizer’s crude bag of tricks — the extortion that Alinskyites euphemistically call “direct action.”

Those who profit from racial divisions will fight to keep their power, but they must be discredited, for the good of the country.

Thinking Clearly About Profiling

ir rational

There is nothing more painful for me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start to think about robbery and then look around and see it’s somebody white and feel relieved.

Reverend Jesse Jackson   NY Times, 12-12-93

Profiling is a very unsavory activity, we are told.  There are marches against it and laws against it.  Let’s consider what profiling is, starting with the definition of three terms relevant to the discussion :

profiling: the act or process of extrapolating information about a person based on known traits or tendencies; the act of suspecting or targeting a person on the basis of observed characteristics or behavior.

discrimination: The ability or power to see or make fine distinctions; discernment.

prejudice: An adverse judgment or opinion formed beforehand or without knowledge or examination of the facts.

“Profiling” and “discrimination” are morally neutral terms.  They describe the normal processes of thinking and making judgments.  Discernment based on observable characteristic is rationality.

Prejudice can cloud rationality if an adverse opinion is formed without knowledge or examination of the facts.  It is prejudice that should be condemned, not making judgments from observable facts.

Here are some observable facts:

  1. Rapes are primarily committed by men.
  2. Major terrorist attacks, worldwide, are primarily committed by young Muslim men.
  3. NBA Basketball teams consist primarily of young black men.
  4. Young black men are 7 times more likely to commit murder, and 8 times more likely to commit robbery than white men.

When you are looking for a rapist, it is rational to target men.  When you are screening airline passengers, it makes sense to target those most likely to be a security threat.  That would not be little girls and grandmothers.  When you are on a dark street, being approached by a group of young men, it is rational to feel safer if it is a group of white men.

These are not foolproof judgments, but they are not prejudiced judgments either.  They are simply factual observations.  The makeup of sports teams is determined by judgment from observable facts, not from racial prejudice.  There is no need to apologize to white people for their lack of representation on NBA teams.  The position on the team was earned.  The other judgments we are talking about are earned as well.  There is no need to apologize for seeing reality as it is.   There should be no laws against it.

Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, the NAACP, are calling for more laws against profiling in the wake of the Martin/Zimmerman case.  The prosecution, defense and both families agree that this incident was not about race.  Yet, Ben Jealous, of the NAACP, said, “We are outraged … and we will not rest until racial profiling in all its forms is outlawed.”

Apparently unaware of the statistics about racial violence and ignorant of the facts in the Zimmerman case, the NEA just launched an anti-profiling campaign.  They say, “the case of Trayvon Martin has activated millions of Americans to urgently seek answers to how we can finally end wide-spread, officially-sanctioned, racial profiling and racially motivated violence….”

The campaigns against racial profiling and  “Islamophobia” are campaigns against reason. It is unfortunate, but perfectly logical, to have an increased fear of violence from young black men or Islamic Jihadists.  We must be clear that those who observe the problem are not the cause of the problem.

Millions of peaceful black men and peaceful Muslims suffer from the acts of the violent members of their group.  They suffer directly from black on black and Muslim on Muslim violence, but they suffer indirectly from the bad image created by the violent minority.  It is the violent minorities that deserve condemnation, not the people who observe and react to the violence.  The observers are the effect, not the cause.

In President Obama’s July 19 black victimology speech, (brilliantly deconstructed here), he discussed profiling as a very significant problem that white folks need to reflect on.  He said, with Clinton-like lip biting for effect, that many black men have the experience of walking near a car and hearing the doors lock or otherwise sensing fear from “white folks”.  His implication was that this was proof of continuing white racism.  It’s not.  It’s fear of crime.

If Obama himself did some honest reflection he would see that doors have been unlocked for him for most of his life because he is black.  At almost every point in his life it has been a huge advantage for him.  This inexperienced Senator from Illinois was a viable Presidential candidate, not it spite of being black, but because he is black.

Trayvon And The Big Lie

It’s almost overwhelming, the multitude of absurd race-agitating actions and words coming from those who refuse to accept the facts and law as to the Zimmerman trial.

–  William Jacobsen, Professor of law, Cornell  –

Something evil is happening in our country right now.  We have seen it before.  In fact we have seen it many times, but this time the orchestration of evil is especially obvious.

The Racial Grievance Industry is in the business of keeping hate alive.  In their quest to foster racial animosity, race hustlers pick cases to publicize to ”prove” that whites are forever racist.  This evil enterprise gives them undeserved power, prestige and money.  It creates a solid, angry block of voters who do not understand that their “leaders” may be the most destructive force in their culture.

Martin Luther King dreamed about a day when people would be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin.  Most of us share that dream.  The race hustlers have the opposite dream.  For them, skin color, racial identity, is everything.  And they will not tolerate any judgments about character.

If you look closely at the genesis of the Trayvon Martin story you can see the race hustlers at work.  This was a well organized public relations campaign planned by professionals.   The primary actors had profited from creating racial grievances in the past and knew just what buttons needed to be pushed to create hate. It was an election year and this activity is called “motivating the base”, or, more accurately, “motivating the base instincts”.

Our Department of Justice played a key role in the beginning by helping in the organization of a completely fake “student protest group” called the “Dream Defenders”.  The organizers were not students, but instead were paid activists with ties to ACORN and Occupy. You can see a video and more documentation on this hate group here.  The Department of Justice was helping a bogus group create racial animosity.  The group marched on the Sanford Police Department and succeeded in getting the police chief fired.

This was just the beginning of the Department of Justice’s many injustices in this case.  A team of FBI agents was sent to interview the people who knew George Zimmerman best.  They wanted to prove that he was a racist.  They found the opposite.  They found a man who tutored black children for free, who went to bat for a homeless black man who had been assaulted, whose black friends said he was not in any way a racist.  As with other parts of this case, the facts are being completely ignored.  The fictional story still takes precedence.

After the verdict, the Department of Justice sunk even lower by opening a hot line to solicit dirt on the man who had just been found not guilty in a court of law. If they can keep the hate alive, they are certainly going to do it.

This is a sick enterprise on two levels.  For George Zimmerman, he is the victim of a political persecution based on a collection of lies which are still being promoted at the highest levels.  Like the man who made the Muhammad movie, Zimmerman is the recipient of a government organized hate campaign.  Rewards have been offered for Zimmerman’s murder and the Department of Justice shockingly does nothing about it except fan the flames.

At a higher level, our country suffers incalculable damage from the never-ending efforts to create racial animosity.  The race hustlers teach each new generation of black Americans the following destructive lesson:  You are perpetual victims with no chance of success and all of your problems are someone else’s fault. Few things harm black people more than this lesson from their “leaders”.  These old leaders need to be rejected and replaced with new leaders who have a positive vision of personal achievement and personal responsibility.

The entire scam that is being used in the Martin/Zimmerman case follows a pattern that is common to other government deceptions. It’s time to unmask the technic.  The scam has 3 parts.

1. The Big Lie; Setting the Fire -  A racist white man in Sanford chased down and shot a little black boy, demonstrating what a racist country this is. The Benghazi attack was caused by a video.  Sarah Palin was responsible for the shooting of Congresswoman Giffords.  Etc.. These are fact-free assertions.

2. Fanning the Flames – The lie is widely publicized by those who share the political goals of the liar.  We see an explosion of supportive stories.  For example, leftist lackeys like NBC are happy to edit tape to support the deception. Those being lied about assume an unjustified defensive position.

3. Moral Posturing by the Arsonists – Those who set the fires now pose as the firemen.  There they are, speaking from on high, lecturing about the danger of these fires and calling on us to do some soul searching about our evil ways.  Obama and Hillary perform this part of the scam quite well.  It’s contemptible behavior.

Andrew McCarthy understands how the scam is orchestrated at the top and he exposes it brilliantly in “The Obama Administration’s Race-baiting Campaign”.  Do take the time to read his excellent column.

In the Zimmerman case, you will not understand the enormity of the lies being sold to the public unless you understand the facts of the case.  It’s a tragic case but not a complicated case.  We know that Trayvon chose to confront Zimmerman, because he had walked home and then walked back to the area of the assault.  It seems clear that he threw the first punch (and apparently all the punches) as he straddled ”the creepy-ass cracka” on the ground.  Trayvon had no signs on his body that Zimmerman had hit him.   Trial witness Rachel Jeantel agrees that Trayvon threw the first punch but says that Zimmerman should have known that Trayvon was just going to administer a little “whoop-ass” and should have known that Trayvon wasn’t going to kill him.

If some strong young man was pounding your head into the concrete, “MMA style”, you may not understand that it was ‘just a little whoop-ass’.  And if the young man beating you said, ”You gonna die tonight” that may raise your fear level a bit.  Trayvon was not unarmed.  He had two arms with fists attached.

The lesson from the Trayvon/Zimmerman encounter is this.  Not every whoop-ass ends the way you had imagined.  This one ended very badly.

Can you extrapolate from this event that white people in America are racist and are responsible for this assault?  No logical person could infer that.  But here are some people who can.

Chris Matthews: “Can I just take a second to apologize on behalf of all white people?”

Jesse Jackson is calling for a boycott of Florida which he calls “an apartheid state”.  He says, “It’s time to call on the United Nations Human Rights Commission for an in-depth investigation of whether the U.S. is upholding its obligations under international human rights laws and treaties.”

Al Sharpton organized angry divisive rallies across the country.  Speaking apparently of white people in general, Sharpton told a Baptist Church audience, “…They saw a young man that was vulnerable and killed him….  we have no rights.”

AP reporter Cristina Silva:  “So we can all kill teenagers now?”

Nicki Minaj: ” We just paid to see a murderer walk free after killing an innocent unarmed little boy”

Richard Dreyfuss: “It’s 2013 and an American jury just acquitted a man who admitted to stalking and killing an unarmed child.”

This is all a diversionary tactic to keep you from looking at the real problems.  Let’s look at what they want you not to see.  The Bureau of Justice Statistics reported that approximately 8 to 9 thousand African Americans are murdered in the U.S. every year. That’s more than the total number of servicemen killed in Iraq plus Afghanistan.  93% of these murders are committed by blacks, mostly young black men.

Some of these victims were unarmed.  Some were young.  Some were named Trayvon.  Some looked like they could have been Obama’s son.  Obama could have gone on TV and said, “They could have been me 35 years ago”, but he didn’t.  No marches were organized in their honor because no racial animosity could be generated that way.  Individual murders matter only to the extent that they suit the truly sinister goals of the Racial Grievance Industry.

Using government crime statistics, Pat Buchanan reported:

“An analysis of ‘single offender victimization figures’ from the FBI for 2007 finds blacks committed 433,934 crimes against whites, eight times the 55,685 whites committed against blacks. Interracial rape is almost exclusively black on white — with 14,000 assaults on white women by African Americans in 2007. Not one case of a white sexual assault on a black female was found in the FBI study.”

Though blacks are outnumbered 5-to-1 in the population by whites, they commit eight times as many crimes against whites as the reverse. By those 2007 numbers, a black male was 40 times as likely to assault a white person as the reverse.

If interracial crime is the ugliest manifestation of racism, what does this tell us about where racism really resides — in America?

The problem is actually worse than the statistics indicate and the Trayvon Martin case is a good illustration.  The Miami Dade school District has it’s own police force.  Police Chief Charles Hurley, in collusion with school district leadership, launched a plan to lie about crime statistics in the school district.  The plan was specifically aimed at under-reporting the crimes of young black males.  When Trayvon Martin was caught with stolen jewelry and a burglary tool, the crime was not reported and no attempt was made to see if the jewelry matched a reported robbery.  It was all hidden.

Another race based fraud was recently uncovered at Winston-Salem State University.  Administrators routinely and fraudulently raised the grades of African-American students.  The plan was exposed by a few honest faculty members.

Don’t you think it is time that we stopped this nonsense and faced problems honestly?
